TERMS FOR USING MELLOFLO
Terms of Service
Effective 2 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of MelloFlo, a service operated by Humming Apps Technologies LLP. By creating an account or using MelloFlo, you agree to these Terms.
The service
MelloFlo helps users capture commitments, create reminders and summaries, and connect selected communication or productivity services. Features may change as the service develops. MelloFlo is an assistance tool and does not replace professional, legal, financial, medical or emergency advice.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
Connected services
Google, WhatsApp, Telegram and other connected services are optional and subject to their own terms. You authorise MelloFlo to access only the information and permissions you approve. You can disconnect supported integrations from MelloFlo Settings. Availability may be affected by changes or outages at third-party providers.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give MelloFlo a limited permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you request, comply with law and enforce these Terms. You must have the right to provide content and must not use MelloFlo to violate another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, evade rate or security limits, use MelloFlo for unlawful activity, or process highly sensitive information where doing so would violate law or contractual duties.
Automated results and reminders
MelloFlo may interpret messages, emails, images or files using automated systems. Suggestions, extracted information, dates and summaries can be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information and do not rely on MelloFlo for emergencies or safety-critical deadlines.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MelloFlo available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
Fees
Any paid plan, usage limit, tax and renewal term will be shown before purchase. Unless a paid offer says otherwise, early-access features may be changed or withdrawn. Third-party messaging or connectivity charges may still apply.
Termination
You may stop using MelloFlo and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment or legal necessity. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, MelloFlo is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Humming Apps Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits or data, or losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
